Did you select "managed by agent" or "managed by backup server" option in the job settings? Also, I'm a bit confused about your statement on shut down procedure. Server based jobs do not shut down computers, this option is only available as a part of the workstation job template.
P.S. moved your topic to the agent management sub-forum.

Re: Veeam windows agent job after option is grey out
ok thank you i understand now its only on workstation template and the option under scheduler is only active if i will have replication job or another job whic i want to start alter the first one.
i have only one job and you are right i have physical windows 10 but i installed windows server agent. we dont have veeam workstation licence . i select managed by server.
so is there a posibility to shutdown my windows 10 after veeam job is finished?

You can potentially do it with an external script that will monitor job state via Windows Event log of the remote computer. As soon as the corresponding backup event is triggered, the script should start executing, but this might be a bit tricky to implement.
On a side note, even though you don't have a server license key, what does the backup server show you when selecting the workstation job template?

I was assuming you do have this option, but after checking it with our guys, it appears that it is not possible now. Maybe it is something for us to think about as a future enhancement. For now, you can only choose workstation options if you have a workstation license key for Agents.

I had been using the free version of Veeam Agent For Windows on my home PC to get a better understanding of the Veeam Agent. During the end of the job configuration, there should be an option to shut down the PC after the job completes. I had a folder backed up to another drive and once that backup was finished, my PC would shut off at 12:30am
Is that what you're talking about?
Here is the version I used:

Server scheduler does not have this option, since vast majority of server workloads on this planet are running 24/7.
