Using VAW for backup Veeam B&R server and network throttling

I am using Veeam Agent for Windows to backup Veeam B&R server it self at volume level.
I am trying to implement network throttling for this backup job, but I am unable to configure any network traffic rule which can be applied.
I checked within backup job log file and found this line: [ProxyThrottling] Throttling is not needed.

I presume that this mining that when you make backup within same server, network traffic does not go outside of the server and there is not need to implement any traffic rules.

Hello,

If your source (data) and target (repository) is on the same server, then network throttling rules are not applied, cause all the traffic is local anyway. Can you please clarify why do you want to do that?
