Veeam throwing error message

I am using the free Veeam to backup VMWare with the powershell script. It has been working for a year. We had a strong power surge and some servers became corrupted it seems. They are back on line but I have one that I cannot back up anymore. The others are working as before. It is only this server
Processing DEVILDOG Error: Operation timed out

Creating VM snapshot
Error: Operation timed out.

How can I fix this please Thank you

I mean creating VMware snapshot manually using vSphere Client. If you see similar behavior (i.e. not able to create a snapshot), then the issue is outside Veeam B&R and you should look at the server itself from VMware perspective.

Yes I can create a snapshot and I see snapshots in VMWare for the times it failed in Veeam But they are too small so I think it starts then fails
