Hi guys,

I'm seeing this error message:

Code: Select all

8/11/2018 10:12:36 PM :: Error: The request is not supported. Error: in [VctSetDeviceCopyCtInformation] at step [4] Agent failed to process method {VeeamVolumeCt.CreateVctFile}.
Any idea why?
