Re: Veeam Agent for Oracle Solarisschedule?
Hello anssik,
i think this is what you are looking for:
Performing Full Backup
In my opinion you can then schedule the scripts via cronjob "crontab -e".
Maybe the Veeam colleagues have some sample scripts for you !

Falko

Re: [SOLARIS] Veeam Agent for Oracle Solarisschedule?
Hi,
Falko is spot on - just place the following line in cron
Please keep in mind, that full backups are not affected by retention settings. If you want to apply retention, then you should use veeam_backup instead (will produce an incremental backup). Also if some settings are not defined in your backup script, then default settings will be used (should be defined in /etc/ubax.ini, otherwise the predefined values will be used)
Thanks!

Code: Select all
ubax --backup path/to/script
Thanks!
