When I look at the ESXi host's recent tasks (via vSphere Client), I see that it also seems to be stuck at 0% with 'Remove Snapshot'. I do not know the internals of the two working together....

VeeamZip stuck after cancelling
I was running VeeamZIP, backing up a VMware VM when I decided to cancel the job. The job is now stuck at "stopping".
When I look at the ESXi host's recent tasks (via vSphere Client), I see that it also seems to be stuck at 0% with 'Remove Snapshot'. I do not know the internals of the two working together....

Veeam-ZIP uses like normal VM backups VM snapshots. When you cancel, we have to delete the snapshots and the job wait until this is done.
