I just want to know if I am eligible to upgrade my current Veeam Enterprise 9.0 to the latest 9.5.
The license page shows the status is valid 2884 days but support is expired 1 year ago.
I went through the upgrade installation steps and got the below message but I worried the software would fail after installed since the support is already expired.
It will be great someone can give confirmation. yes or no
Support expiration should not block the upgrade process if the license file is still valid. To double check that open you license via notepad and make sure that date in the Expiration date field is still valid. Cheers!
