Oracle redo log backup not running as configured interval

Hi,
We are evaluating the VEEAM BR for backup Oracle database. We set up a backup job for backup Oracle 12c database on Redhat Linux server, we configured the log backup run every 15 minutes, but we found that the redo log backup not running as the 15 minutes interval. The redo log backup just pending there after first run. I assume the redo log backup should run every 15 minutes according to the setting. Is there anything missing? Or it is the original behavior?

The Oracle Archive Log Backup Job ist started as child job and it always runs. After the first Veeam Image level backup it will look in the specified time interval for new Archive Logs and then transport them to the Veeam Server.

Did you have started at least once the normal image level backup job ?
