Import Backup from different Veeam server

I've been running some tests with rsync replication and have come across a problem where I am trying to import a backup created on 1 veeam server into a 2nd veeam server.
The replicated VBK file has the same checksum hash as the original but has a different file name.
The message I get is "Unknown VBK format"

They are both running different versions of Veeam, is this the problem? (1st is 5.0.2.230 32bit and the 2nd is 5.0.1.198 64bit)
Is there something else I need to do?
