Active full question

Hello,

I am studying for VMCE. I want to know, when creating a Active full, is the only (supported) option to do it through the GUI and right click the job?
Because the textbook and the website does not mention anything about the ability to do it via powershell. (Start-VBRJob + FullBackup)
