Veeam backup targets options.
How can I select a backup target other than
This computer or shared folder ? I would like to backup to a ESXI Server Datastore (NFS)

Supported targets are listed in the product's System Requirements, and your desired target is not there. To backup to NFS, you need to mount it on a Linux server, and add that Linux server to Veeam Backup via Add Server wizard. Then, you will be able to select it as destination in the job. Thanks.
