backup to tape problem qnap2ibm tape libary

dear all,
i've a tape libary ibm ult3580-hh6 scsi . with lto6 media tape 2.3tb each.
i've set 2 jobs , one follow the other .
backup job to disk
NAS (QNAP ts 431p) which was successfull
type of backup : exchange server virtual (VMware)
backup job to tape
is failing .
total backup size 1.9tb
hereby the error details after job finishes.

no network lags(i've pinged the nas server 1 day no drops)
media tape was wiped free and erased , added to the media pool that is related to the tape job .
pls help !!!

Data transfer between tape server and QNAP goes via gateway server, so you should probably check two network links:

1. QNAP <-> Gateway server
2. Gateway server <-> Tape server

If both work fine, then kindly contact our support team and let us know your case ID.
