I attempted to install Veeam ONE free edition on a VM conected to a vSphere 5.5 infrastructure and to a Veeam B&R server 9.5 U4.
I presume I made some mistakes as Veeam ONE does not work on the VM.
I see lots of CPU activity but I cannot browse the interface.
Maybe the VM itself is misconfigured.
I am considering reinstalling Veeam ONE from scratch on a new VM.
Should I perform any action to clen up the VMware and or Veeam environment (on the Veeam B&R server and/or the vSphere infrastructure) before attempting a new fresh installation?
Regards

Re: Cleaning up after a failed installation
Hello Marius,
Have you upgraded or made a clean installation?
You may want to keep database if it possesses historical data and connect it to the new installation.

Re: Cleaning up after a failed installation
No, I made a clean Installation on a VM just to start Learning Veeam ONE.
I can lose any data on the Veeam ONE VM.
My question is related to the VMware and Veeam servers: should I clean anything before attempting a new, fresh Installation on a new VM?
Regards

Re: Cleaning up after a failed installation
If by "Veeam servers" you mean Backup & Replication servers, then no, you don't need to clean anything.
Just try the new installation. Let us know if it fails or works fine.
