Creation of recovery media fails when temp directory on ReFS drive

I just wanted to mention, in case it helps anyone, that the creation of recovery media fails when temp directory folder is on ReFS drive. This is on Windows 10 using Agent V3.0.

I think this is the related error from the log.
DISM DISM WIM Provider: PID=50868 [RestoreHardlink:(556) -> setting hardlink failed] T:\temp\zphhqf5j.d...

Moving my temp folders to NTFS volume resolved the issue and I was able to create recovery media.
