how I can Restore the SharePoint rights of a document, or a folder, or a site?
Just the Restore of rights and not the document, or something else.

thank's a lot. This look like a possible solution. I'll try soon when my collegue, that manage SharePoint, will be there.
Our problem is also that we have virtual SharePoint Server, while SQL is physical. This does not allow us to do the classic restore, but we must first open the "Restore Guest File" of the SQL server, and then open the SharePoint Explorer.
It's a bit more complicated to restore with our configuration, but I think it can work (I hope).
