Replica mapping of original VM and clone VM

First, create a clone of the VM.
1) Can I do "Replica Mapping" between the original VM and clone VM?
2) Can I use the backup of the clone VM as the "Replica Seeding" of the original VM?

1) Yes, you can.
2) Only production VM backup can be used for Replica Seeding.
