Can't enable ASP.NET4.6 on Windows Server 2016

I'm trying to install veeam one on a physical windows server 2016. When the installation get to the part that check that all needed components are installed it shows some are missing. When I click install it fails every time. So I'm trying to install them manually. The missing components are from the ASP .NET 4.6 software. Every time I try to manually add the roles through server management it also fails with "the parameter is incorrect Error: 0x80070057"

Looks like the issue comes from the Windows OS side, so it's worth to contact Microsoft support and provide them with the logs.
A quick googling show this error can be triggered by several reasons. Thanks!
