vSphere 6.0 - most stable version to avoid CBT issues

Our current Esxi Host HW is only supported in the vSphere HCI up to vSphere 6.0
I would like to avoid any CBT issues during a vSphere 5.5 to 6.0 upgrade.
Which build number(update) of vSphere 6.0 would Veeam recommend as the most stable to avoid CBT issues?

In general, the latest version should have the best quality.
