Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition not support tape server. It is true?
Is it possible to backup to tape with this version?

Not true. You can add tape server in Veeam Community edition and use File to Tape jobs for free.

There is no option to manage Tape Servers.

Most likely, you have Tape Infrastructure tab hidden in UI, so you need to click on double arrows in the left corner and check Tape Infrastructure there.

Then, go to Tape Infrastructure and select Add Tape Server.

Backup to Tape jobs are not available in Community Edition, only File to Tape jobs are.
