Backup copy errors

Hello all. I know I should open a ticket on this but I am unclear on what the message below means. All of our backup copy jobs for most of our tenants are failing with the error below going to a veeam cloud connect partner. We are running the 9.5 4a build. Since we have only been using Veeam for a few months perhaps we misconfigured the backup copy job. But it seemed pretty straightforward. See below.

Error: The session is not open.All tasks have already been processed

Hi Dave,

It's hard to say what is the exact reason for these errors without looking at the debug logs. I would recommend you to raise a support request and check with the support team directly to get a solution asap (please don't forget to post your support case ID here for reference purpose).

It seems like connection between two parties is broken, basically, tenants cannot reach Service Provider.

However, debug log will confirm (or not) that assumption, so, please reach our support team, as suggested by Fedor.
