3.0 backup proxy limit bandwidth

Hi,

Limiting bandwidth in version 3.0 do not seem to work at all, neither do threads.
Currently the backup uses approx. 140-190Mbps instead of the limited 75Mbps.

Worked fine in version 2

Are you changing the settings via the UI or setting them directly via PowerShell?
