Hi,
I'm trying to install an NFR license provided by my reseller, since I update to 9.5u4, I have this message :
This license type is outdated please renew it

I tried 2 different license file
I'm currently running in community mode, not sure if it can be related.
I also tried to launch the installer to repair, but it doesn't ask for license file.

Veeam One is running on 2K16 server

Hi David,

What are the parameters of these license keys? Are they instance-based? What is the expiration date set? You can check all this by opening your license key with a notepad app.

Community mode means there is no full functionality license installed. So please answer the questions asked above by Vitaliy.

Hi,

It was an instance based license expiring in may.
I ended up asking a new license file and it worked. Apparently the model changed.
