items removed from job removed from repository?

Post by salamialert »

I removed some items from the veeam job and I can't find them when going to "explore latest exchange state" or "explore exchange point-in-time state". I thought they would still appear as an restore-able item?

Which is the retention type on the repository? Did you run the job after deleting them from the job?

it is "Item-Level" retention, and yes the job runs daily. Is this behavior new in 3.0? I swear i was able to remove items in a job without being removed from the repository until the retention hit.

Right-click on the organization and choose a restore point in time, then you will be able to see all users that have been removed from the job but still have data in the repository

oh that worked! right clicking the organization instead of the job was the resolution.
