Hello,
We are planning to backup VMs from a vmware host on USA to a storage in Lebanon.
Below are the details:
- Internet connection speed: USA: 100mbps Lebanon: 50mbps
- Host in USA is with real IP reachable from the backup server on Lebanon
Backup jobs run very slowly and then failed.
Any advises ?

and welcome to the forums.
Probably a network issue. I can only recommend to open a support case for further investigation.
Just to clarify: do you run the backup job directly over WAN to Lebanon? That's not recommended as it is too error prone if the network is not stable.
If the connection is not stable, I also recommend using the WAN Accelerator with a Backup Copy Job.
