Hi there,
we have created a couple of file to tape jobs. Now we have to change the credentials accessing the backuped shares.
Unfortunately it seems impossible to achieve this. Even deleting and recreating the job doesn't help.
So where can I change the credentials?
Cheers
Marcus

Re: file to tape problem
Hello,
file to tape folder selection is based on what windows can see. so directly in Windows should do the job.
Best regards,
Hannes

Hello Hannes,
I should have been more precise: We add shares which are not seen by the veeam servers. It that's what you mean by "what windows can see".
Regards
Marcus

Re: file to tape problem
Marcus,
If you still have the original file to tape job please open the job wizard on the source page and click Next it should validate the credentials (thus you should see the password prompt). Cheers!
