Boot media created with Windows 1903 does not work

Hi,

maybe it has already been tested: I created a boot medium with a clean installed Windows 1903 (latest MSDN version). It boots fine, but Veeam does not start, just a command line window. You can't start the Veeam.Endpoint.Restore.exe by hand either. Tested it with the latest Veeam Agent Version.
I had to create a boot medium from an 1809 Windows to be able to restore my computer.
