How to compare backup job settings?

We have several backup jobs. Currently, to see and remember all the settings of a job, I have to edit a job and make screenshots of each section of the setup. *shudder* No fun, and of course not effecient.

Is there an html report that can be produced, a .csv, or even a text file that shows every setting of each job?

Maybe configuration backup and restore would be enough to solve it?

I run backup configs every day; are you saying there's a way to look into those backup configs and see the settings of all the backup jobs as described in my first post?
