Problem opening vbk files that were stored offline

I am trying to restore Hyper-v vms from vbk files. When I do that from files that are stored on the backup server it's working. But when I try to open a file that was moved to an offline storage I get the following errors:
"Some error occurred. See log files for additional information."
I attached the log in the following case id: 03540911.

Hello Roy,

Can you please clarify to what offline storage you are referring to? Are you trying to perform the restore from the imported backup while this storage is disconnected from Veeam B&R console? Thanks!
