sorry for posting into this forum, but I could not find any opportunity to contact Veeam Support directly. Problem is, that I cannot log into "my Veeam account" anymore. I tried to download VSphere Converter and was asked by Veeam to update my profile, which I did and then the wizard told me, that I have to activate my account/email address and a link will be send via email. I got this mail and clicketd on "Activate now". Unfortunately all I get then is message saying:
Unable to Complete Your Request
We cannot complete your request at this time. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible
In the meantime, you can:
Reload this page
Go back and try a different link
Go to My VMware home page
Get Support
This happened since monday. Any idea how to get into "My Veeam" again?
