cli --activefull does not create a full backup

Post by grufo »

I startet a backup job with --activefull command line parameter:

root@out:/# veeamconfig job start --name "1_Backup" --activefull
Backup job has been started.
Session ID: [{88920afe-6029-48df-b6ae-cecbb4a75dca}].
Logs stored in: [/var/log/veeam/Backup/1_Backup/Session_20190507_192756_{88920afe-6029-48df-b6ae-cecbb4a75dca}].

after that the job started and show in the control panel like that:
Backup 1% Status: Running

Summary Data

Duration: 00:03:13 Processed: 32.8 GB (1%)
Processing rate: 182.8 MB/s Read: 32.8 GB
Bottleneck: Source Transferred: 1 MB (999x)

Time Action Duration

19:27:56 Job 1_Backup started at 2019-05-07 19:27:56 GMT
19:27:57 Preparing to backup
19:28:01 Creating volume snapshot 00:00:01
19:28:02 Starting full backup to Repository_1
19:28:02 Backing up sdb 32.8 GB at 183 MB/s (3%) 00:03:07

After the job finished in the repository there was no full backup (should have a size of nearly 2TB, had only about 13 gb).

Do I missunderstand the --activefull command line parameter or is there something wrong?

Support closed my case - high load... :-)

Maybe anybody of you had that problem earlier and the support explained or helped, would be great to hear from you!

Hello,
could you please post the case number here? Your command looks good for me.

Best regards,
Hannes
