Cloud Backup Issues

Hello,
I have a cloud backup issue and I have been directed to veeam-cloud-providers-forum-f34/cloud-c ... 38951.html, however, I don't have access to this support document.

The issue I am seeing is problems with a WAN accelerator for our cloud backups, which keeps failing with the error

Error: Target WAN accelerator error: bad allocation

can anyone assist me with this please?
