Replicate thick disk to Thin

I have the latest build Veeam Backup & Replication 5.0.2.230
I am trying to run a replica job that the source vm disk is thick
In the replica wizard I select to force thin to another datastore
The job complete successful but destination vmdk file is full size like source vm
How can I make it work with force thin on destination Datastore
