Removing data from repository

We just moved to O365 and start testing VBO. I have a question when I am testing it.

If I would like to remove specific users' data from the repository, it seems like there is no way to do so. I can find the way to delete the whole repository only.

Thanks Polina, just tried the PowerShell script and it works. However, in terms of number of licenses using and disk size in repository, it is unchanged.

The license for the user will be revoked after 31 days (if you are not protecting the user anymore). In our next version that mechanism will change when you delete ALL of the data for that specific user. But in this version the license frees up after the 31 day period

After removing the unneeded items with Remove-VBOEntityData the consumed disk size of the database doesn't change, but the space inside the database frees up.

So how can you know how much 'free' space is available within the repository? This doesn't seem like a good way to be able to manage your space. If you remove the entity data but have no insight into how much space is now available inside of the repository.

You can see the amount of space consumed inside the database by using the Get-VBOUsageData cmdlet.
