vCloud Director and hotadd

We run most VMware backups in hotadd mode, but not our vCloud deployment, there we use nbd. I would like to start running hotadd there too. Is there anything to think about in regards to hotadd mode and vCloud Director controlled vm's? I have searched around for any info about it, but found next to nothing.

No, this should just work underneath the surface. Ultimately we are still talking to vCenter while understanding the meta data components of vCD for the Organisation vDC VMs/vAPPs etc
