Restore a VM to a new VM

Folks,

We want to restore a VM to a new VM with a different name, without affecting the original VM, which should still be running in full production. Essentially we want to copy a certain VM to a new VM. Do we use the "Restore entire VM" and choose to restore to a different location, and give it a new name? Is that all?

That's most of the process, but I would also:
1. Uncheck Power on after restore checkbox so the new VM doesn't boot up right away
2. Make sure the network is also disconnected from the new VM
3. bring up the new VM (without network), change the hostname, network, and any other new VM OS specific settings
4. reconnect the VM to the network, reboot
