email notification policies missing

Hello. I'm setting my email notifications up on Veeam One. The email notification policies are not listed. Everything I've been reading says that two should be listed, Mission Critical and Other. Both are missing. Any thoughts? Thanks. OBD

I have Veeam One installed, monitoring VMs, etc. For some reason, the email notification piece stopped working when services were stopped and restarted. I am now setting up the notifications again. The email notification policies are missing (Mission Critical and Other). There is nothing there to edit. So, my goal is to figure out where they have gone so I can edit, and then set one of them as my policy. Is there a way to create a new policy perhaps? Thanks. OBD

There is no way to add more notification templates.
That's not an expected behavior, so I would suggest to contact the support team.
Once you have a support case number, please post it here.

Problem is gone. Rebooted server and relaunched the sw. Policies are back. Thanks for reading and offering advice. OBD
