Unable to restore DELETED Teams

Hi All
I am doing some testing to get ready for setting up VBO365 for MS Teams.

I have set up a Test Teams and then ran a backup on VBO365 which was successful. I tested by running a restore and can see the SharePoint pages and Teams Chat.

Now, I then go and delete the whole Teams so that it is no longer there as a test.

I then go and start a restore. But it comes up with the following error when it opens Veeam Explorer for MS SharePoint:
"Some backup data is not available. This can occur if some of the backup proxies or repositories are not accessible"

This only occurs if the whole Teams is deleted. I tried it again by setting up a new Teams and then ran a backup and then delete the Teams.

Any help would be appreciated!

Dan,

This looks more as an infrastructure-related issue.
Are you using a remote backup proxy? Can you ensure that VBO server and proxy have a stable connection?

I am using a remote proxy. I have checked that VBO server and proxy have a stable connection.

Dan, if this issue keeps coming up, it would be good to contact support for insight in the logs on what may be causing this.
