Backup Entire Disk but exclude some folder

How I can settings up at Backup Mode, and I want backup entire disk include with the Windows System OS,

I just need exclude backup folder from another drive (D, E ...)

I am using Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 update 4

is that I can set it from Backup Model - File Level backup (Slower) and using File Filters.
Under Exclude masks:
*E:\WSUS\*

is this can exclude for that folder only ?

Not sure whether I got your question - but that is how exclusions should be specified.
