Hyper-V Licensing Question

I do not recall seeing this question asked or answered previously but if it was I apologize in advance. Will the Veeam for Hyper-v version of the product be a separate product or will customers that currently have licenses for ESX be permitted to use the product against hyper-v as well, within the limit of their cpu licenses?
