Installed Veeam Agent for MS Windows.
On BU Config got > error : Machine does not have identifiers.
No KB's anywhere so opened support case (03713674).
Four days later - got email it was closed.
NO HELP or reason why ???
Ironically, I was evaluating and considering to apply for partner program to sell and move from my current supplier/partner.
HOW can I justify the change when support is so shitty.
Currently a partner for Acronis and Backup Assist.
I did like how the product works (on occasion) but very disappointed .
How can I expect my customers will be taken care of?

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with the setup but, unfortunately, support for free version is provided on best effort.
If you would like to evaluate the product in a full functionality mode, as well as trial our support team - I'd recommend you to install the trial license instead of running product in free mode (click download trial on this page).
That's said I've asked support team to reopen your case and investigate the provided logs. Thank you!
