Start time hourly backup copy job

Hello,
Selecting "day" as copy interval I can schedule a backup copy job. Selecting hour or mintue this setting is not availabe. What determines in these cases the start time of a backup copy job?

I haven't been able to find this info in the user guide spanning over 1116 pages…..
