Convert 2 sockets Enterprise Essentials to Instance Licenses

I am looking to convert 2 sockets of Enterprise Essentials perpetual to instance licensing. How many instances do I get?

Basically, you pretty much just name the number you need, up to some reasonable limit per socket - which I don't remember, but I felt it was pretty high. Talk to your Veeam renewals rep - they take care of this transition, since this is done as a part of sockets contract renewals (and regardless of the requested number of instances, you pay normal cost of your sockets renewal - so it's a pretty good deal indeed).
