Replication problem with new update of veeam backup & replication

Previously I could replication on my environment but today update veeam to 9.5.4.2866 and update vcenter to latest version 6.7.0.40000 and latest version of esxi VMware ESXi 6.7.0 build-14320388 but now ue to create replication job appear follow error

Failed to create NFC download stream. NFC path: [nfc://conn:10.10.50.60,nfchost:host-12,stg:datastore-13@test3/test3.vmx].
