VBO 3.0 in AWS with S3 storage a no go?

Searching the forums seems to lead me to S3 not supported as storage for VBO running in an EC2 instanse/VM? Is that correct? Is there a way to keep VBO in AWS with storage there?

It is indeed correct at this point in time. All I can say right now is... Stay tuned. For today, you need to have a VM and use the "internal disk" inside to store the data
