Warning occurred when oracle VM backup

Hello all,

When oracle VM backing up, VSS and oracle's warning occurred below.
But backup job finished successfully.
Please let me know this warning can ignore or not?

Oracle warning is below.

Event ID 12 description from source "Oracle.session" not found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on the local computer, or the installation is corrupted. Install the component on the local computer or repair the component.
If the event originates from another computer, you must save the display information with the event.
The event contains the following information:

The warning of VSS is as follows.

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Account oraclehome could not be resolved.Status: 1376.Check the connection to the domain controller and the VssAccessControl registry key.

Older Oracle Version do not completely implement the VSS writer completely and you have to configure it. Please check Oracle VSS writer documentation.
