Prohibited characters of Veeam

Please let me know the characters that can be used in various settings such as Veeam job name and description.

Is there something related to the following elements?
# Character type(Alphabet / Number / Symbol / Single byte / Double byte...)
# Case sensitive
# Maximum number of characters / Minimum number of characters
# Prohibited characters

Hello,
I just double checked the release notes. Globalization support was enhanced in the last updates.

For length: just try it out, the input fields are limited (job to 125 characters)

Prohibited characters /\ where replaced in filesystem (job name = folder name) by _ in my test.

I need to double check which UTF is allowed (I believe UTF8)

sorry for the delay.

1. yes, double byte is supported (see KB2222)
2. as mentioned earlier: forbidden characters will be replaced by underscore for file names
