Hi baber,
Do you have any internal alarms, such as data collection failures?
Does VI data collection work fine?
Thanks

You can add HV host(cluster) or vSphere host(VC) and check if data is collected and shown under Virtual Infrastructure pane.

If add veeam backup& replication to veeam one monitoring is that possible show which vms has backup and which one has not backup ?
for example if i have 200 vms in my cluster and there are not any backup for just 2 of 200 will it show that there are not backups for 2 vms ?

Yes, you can use Protected VMs report for that.

Summary of backup server in Data Protection View shows jobs statuses. You can also review each VMs protection status under Infrastructure View.
Mentioned report gives an option to set desired RPO.

Veeam ONE can certainly do that via our predefined alarm "VM without backup" and backup status displayed on the summary page of each VM in the virtual infrastructure view. But to make it work, you need first make sure data collection is working fine.
