Create Recovery Media fails on Win 7 Pro x64 (VAW build 1170)

OS: Windows 7 Pro, x64 SP1, patched to 2019-09 CU.
Veeam Agent for Windows, builds: 3.0.1.1039, 3.0.2.1170

I was previously on build 1039 and decided to upgrade to 1170. After the upgrade I ran the Create Recovery Media wizard to make a new recovery ISO. The wizard mounts the recovery image, then immediately un-mounts with several errors that look the same except for the filename mentioned in the error. The filename after \Temp\ was a different file name for each error. One example below:

"Failed to delete recovery media’s temporary files from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\3bqetnjx.onx. Unmount the image, and try deleting files manually. "

I tried uninstalling 1170 and reinstalled build 1039, but still get the same errors so I can't create recovery media even on build 1039. However, I had successfully created recovery media when I first upgraded to 1039 from the prior build, many months ago. So I'm thinking maybe a Windows Update patch which occurred after the release of build 1039 somehow broke the recovery media process on Windows 7?

I've tried the following without any success:
1. Gave user "Everyone" full access to \Temp folder
2. Had user "Everyone" take ownership of \Temp folder
3. Rebooted the computer several times.
4. Rolled back to build 1039 (from 1170)
5. Pointed the create recovery media wizard at Win7 installation media, it restarts the process but fails with same errors
6. Installed Win 7 AIK, makes no difference

Anyone else seeing the same issue?

Solved the issue. I had Windows 10 ADK 1607 installed, so I uninstalled it. Also uninstalled Win7 AIK. Then I downloaded/installed Windows 10 ADK 1903 (newest version available at this time), and that fixed the Recovery Media Wizard.
