Hi.
We are soon to install a Office 365 solution - and have a Cohesity storage solution that we are thinking about using.
But I read that Office 365 backups don't support repositories with enabled volume deduplication.
Is Cohesity defined as a repository with enabled volume deduplication?
Regards

Re: Office 365 and Cohesity storage
Hi Tore,
We didn't test Cohesity specifically, but in general, we do not recommend using deduplicating systems for VBO repositories. VBO stores backed up data in a live database (JET Blue/ADB) which in the long run might get corrupted if running on a deduplicated storage.
Thanks!
