Which Windows Patches are approved?
Are Windows OS patches vetted by VEEAM? I have experienced some software malfunctions (Other vendors) after installing the latest OS patches. Is there a listing of vetted patches?

Update level does matter and supported level is mentioned in System Requirements of a respectful product.
For example, taking Veeam Backup and Replication -> Backup Server installation on Windows 10 - it is supported up to level 1903, so installing on top of Windows 10 1909 will not be supported\recommended as of today.
Sometimes(rare cases) OS\Virtualization platform updates cripple some functions or lead to unexpected results, and we do not recommend installing them, but it is case-by-case scenarios and there is no general listing.
